Vendor Fee: Ritual & Restore Experience

Cancellation Policy

To reserve your place within The Inner Ritual Experience, all approved vendors must submit payment in full by the deadline provided in their acceptance email. Vendor spaces are limited and intentionally curated to maintain the quality and energy of the experience. Because of this, vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including cancellations, weather conditions, scheduling conflicts, no-shows, or early breakdowns. Vendor space is not guaranteed until payment has been received. Failure to submit payment by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of your spot and placement offered to another applicant. Vendors are responsible for arriving on time, fully prepared with their own setup materials, and remaining set up for the duration of the event unless otherwise approved by event organizers. By submitting payment, vendors acknowledge and agree to all event policies, liability terms, setup expectations, and event guidelines established by The Inner Ritual Co. ✨
